1. Convertible Preference Share (CPS)

2.Shareholder Dividend 




- Every purchase of 500CPS, Shareholder will receive 1g gold monthly
Eg: 
600CPS      = 1g gold
1200CCPS = 2g gold

and so on...

- Dividend converted to e-cash freely to market price, 50Usd per gram.
- Dividend will be paid out repeatedly fixed monthly basis until company's IPO
- Dividend will be credited automatically into  shareholder's account on the 15th of every month.

  • 1st 50000cps = every pair will earn 10% cpsp
  • Next 50000cps = every pair will earn 5%cpsp
  • if total sales from weaker group exceeds 100000 cps , every pair earn 3% cpsp.



  • GAP

  • Earn 2000 cpsp within a month from GDB or purchase 1 time investment 30000cps.
  • 2% income GDB from every 15 Generation.
  • Company will be giving out an extra 3% - 5% from daily sales turnover of eligible GAP shareholder.
  • Maximum cap for GAP is 100% of your share subscription value
  • Share holder can continue to receive GAP bonus if shareholder top up  a minimum of 2000 cps within 21days after hitting the max cap in GAP.
